Ft Lauderdale Mold Damage to an Apparel Store

This clothing store in a strip mall in Ft. Lauderdale suffered water leakage from a line in the attic then led to a growth of mold. This staining of water and mold was unsightly to customers and employees alike. Our SERVPRO technicians removed the clothing from the affected ceiling and wall, isolated this area of the store with poly sheeting and using HEPA filtered hand vacs to capture the dust and spores, cut out the mold damaged drywall. We fixed the water leak and sprayed an antifungal agent in the crawl space to prevent future infestations.
