Frank Rodriguez
General Manager
I have been in the restoration industry for the past 20 years, where I have learned an extensive amount about water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and reconstruction services. Over time, I made it a point to also develop my leadership skills, because I knew that SERVPRO® was a company I wanted to grow with. Shortly after the start of my tenure, I was promoted to Crew Chief, then Production Manager, which also encompassed the role of Operations Manager, and now the General Manager. Through the hard work and dedication of the SERVPRO® of Ft. Lauderdale team, the operation went from one single area, to expanding to nine locations across the state! We took on many new tasks and challenges over the past few years to become the best restoration company in Florida. We pride ourselves on honesty, loyalty and customer service, which has made us the largest SERVPRO branch in South Florida. The amount of skills and opportunity that this company has given me has changed my life, as well as the people I have led. I have developed relationships with local clients, grown managers, implemented new policies, and continued to put our customers first. My role here continues to grow, and I am more driven than ever to help people recover from unexpected disaster.

Irv Scott
Account Manager
Being with SERVPRO® has allowed me to expand on my prior work experiences, including business development, commercial and residential property management, public relations, project management, and vendor management. I pride myself on customer service, and community involvement is my passion. I consider myself a guru for our market’s knowledge and our business’ saturation within our area, and this has allowed me to develop, build and maintain long-standing and successful relationships with key clients. A fun fact about me is that I can handle and de-escalate high-stress situations.

Tim Jones
Operations Manager
Five years ago, I made one of the best decisions of my life, and that was to learn a new trade, which brought me to SERVPRO®. I started out with SERVPRO of Ft. Lauderdale South as a Field Technician, and I have quickly grown from there. From a Field Technician, I became a Crew Chief, then a Production Manager, and that brings me to my current role of Operations Manager in Ft. Lauderdale where I oversee six franchises in the area. Throughout my journey with SERVPRO® I have been presented with an extensive amount of knowledge and endless opportunities. Prior to SERVPRO®, my background was in restaurant management, which has allowed me to learn how to be a leader, serve people, and provide the highest level of customer service to make sure the customer experience was the best. Providing a service for ones that have experienced a disaster, such as a hurricane, and being able to bring their property to pre loss conditions has been an incredibly rewarding experience.

David Galerneau
Project Manager
I have grown with SERVPRO® of Ft. Lauderdale since 2014. My insurance background in Property Adjusting has been the perfect Segway to bring me into the SERVPRO® family. My passion is not only meeting people and building relationships, but also making them happy. I consider myself an expert in the mitigation field, and I thrive on helping when the unexpected happens, such as a disaster with water damage, fire damage, mold infestation or biohazard cleaning. I have been involved in projects as small as a one-bedroom home, and as large as multi-unit condo buildings or commercial buildings. I am familiar with storm situations, insurance laws and city regulations, and of course I always make it, “Like it never even happened.”®

Stefhany Valdiviezo
Project Manager
I started with the SERVPRO® of Fort Lauderdale office in 2018 and it has been a complete joy to be apart of this team. My first position was as a field technician and quickly I received an opportunity to be the Warehouse Manager. Through hard work and dedication, I advanced to Crew Chief/Supervisor where I took on the responsibility of managing a team of field technicians on daily task. I am now a Project Manager in charge of production estimates and job protocols, which I am excited to continue providing excellent customer service. My background also includes a law school master’s degree giving me the opportunity to work for the government hiring labor contractors.

Steve Rodriguez
Production Manager
My career started with SERVPRO® of Fort Lauderdale in 2013 as a field technician where I learned the job very quickly, after 2 years of dedication and consistency I was promoted to crew chief which gave me a chance to start learning the administration side of restoration. I now operate as a production manager specializing in water mitigation. SERVPRO® has given me the chance to grow with the company and I am truly thankful for the opportunity.
